www.masonsring.com currently ships small and medium sized orders by international couriers.

The shipping rates can be previewed inside the www.fanssteel.com online shop system. You can just click on the "Estimated Shipping Costs" and choose the country you want to ship to, Shipping fees will be estimated by our system automatically.

Total delivery time is composed of thress parts. The first part is the processing time. This is the time from when your payment is received to when we gather up all the items and pack them. The second part is after your order is processed, we send it to the warehouse. The last part is the actual shipping time. This is the time that it takes for the package to be delivered by the couriers to the destination. Standard shipping normally takes 15-60 days, and express shipping normally takes 3-15 days. Processing takes 1-7 days normally.

You can check your shipments on line for the major express provider 1-3 days later after ship.

Instructions for returning faulty goods

Before returning goods, please contact us first to discuss the issues you are having. 90% of the time we are able to sort out the problem by giving technical support, without you having to send anything back.

If there are irremediable defects with the devices, you can return them back to us for repair or replacement under our twelve months warranty.

Please go to our HelpCenter to submit a ticket., and we will offer you a return code (e.g. RETURN10208) and our return address, along with additional important instructions.

Generally we advise you to return faulty goods by sending them through the Post Office rather than using couriers like DHL, UPS, and TNT. Normally it will take 2-8 weeks to return goods to us by Post Office.

If you did not buy your product directly from Fanssteel.com, you will need to contact the vendor who sold it to you.
